Tease Your Taste Buds with Tahini
Food tastes bland until the time it is spiced up by some dip or sauce. I personally love Tahini it’s a Middle Eastern staple made from the fresh paste of toasted and ground hulled sesame seeds. I often swipe down a spoon of Tahini on my salad dressings or wraps it has a mildly nutty and creamy taste with a texture like loose nut butter.
For all you calorie conscious people Tahini is a healthy choice. Sesame seeds contain 55% oil and 20% protein, which make it rich in healthy fats and essential amino acids.
