I am Neal Karni and my alliance with hummus dates back to the lovely childhood days. The mind-blowing Mediterranean salads dressed with traditional hummus and all those appetizing dips and salads allowed my taste buds to develop the extraordinary likings. Little that I knew back then that the fellow Americans fed on hummus containing artificial additives and preservatives, gluten and poor-quality ingredients. The awakening came in the years that followed.

After spending two complete decades in the restaurant industry, the picture was clear. Backed by the 50 years of family tradition and 20 years of professional experience, I was enlightened to come up with something uncompromising in terms of taste, health and overall quality. Hence, Karnis Hummus & More was born with the idea of adding authentic Mediterranean flavors to the American platters through complete balance between tradition and innovation.
